5 MINUTE EXTENDED BIDDING
This auction has a 5 minute extended bidding feature at the end of the auction. This means that if a bid is received on any item in the auction that bidding will be extended by 5 minutes. The 5 minute time period may be decreased to 3 minutes or 1 minute at the discretion of the auctioneer. All bidders will be notified by email if a change to the closing time has occurred. The end of the auction will occur when the auctioneer establishes that no other bidding activity is forth coming.

CHECKOUT
Thursday, August 2^nd and Friday, August 3^rd from 9am to 4pm or By Appointment for Larger Items. Pickup Times May be Delayed by Court Approval.

We will not be responsible for loading or assisting in loading during the checkout period. Please make sure you bring enough people to help you load. WE WILL NOT LOAD ANY ITEMS - THIS IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

Balance due in full at the auction by cash, cashier’s check, credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover), personal or company check accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Unless you make other arrangements with the auctioneer, purchases for $2,000.00 or less will be charged to the credit card on which you registered. Payment for purchases of $2,000.01 should be sent by wire to our escrow account. If payment is not received, Iron Horse Auction Company will attempt to collect by charging the credit card on which you registered for the full amount or any amount less than the purchase price.
