This auction has a 10 minute extended bidding feature at the end of the auction. This means that if a bid is received on any parcel in the auction that bidding will be extended by 10 minutes for all parcels. The 10 minute time period may be decreased to 5 minutes, 3 minutes or 1 minute at the discretion of the auctioneer. All bidders will be notified by email if a change to the closing time has occurred. The end of the auction will occur when the auctioneer establishes that no other bidding activity is forth coming.
TERMS
Selling AS IS / WHERE IS. A credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, is required to register & bid. A 20% deposit is due at the end of the auction by bank wire no later than Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 5 p.m. Balance is due at closing. A 7% buyer’s premium will apply.
