PSL TRANSFER INFORMATION
The Carolina Panthers Ticket Office Processes PSL Transfers from February 1 through May 15 and from August 1 through October 31 Each Year. A PSL may not be Transferred more than Once Each Season Except in the Case of the Death of the Licensee. The Account must be Current, and PSL’s and Season Tickets must be Paid in Full. The Carolina Panthers Ticket Office must Receive all PSL Transfers in Writing by Mail or Fax. Verbal Requests will not be Accepted. The PSL Transfer Guidelines Checklist†Provides Detailed Information about the Transfer Process.
To begin the Transfer Process, the Transferor must Provide the following Information in Writing:
A Transfer Request Letter including the Account Number, Account Name, Current Address and Telephone Number of Transferors, Specific Location of Seats to be Transferred (Section, Row and Seat Numbers), and the Name, Current Address and Telephone Number of Transferee. Please Note that the Signature of the Account Holder must Appear on the Transfer Request. A Fee of $300 Per Account Transfer must be Submitted with the Request.
In Addition, the Following Guidelines Must Be Met:
Accounts Owned by an Unincorporated Business, Such as a Proprietorship or Partnership, Must Use Business Letterhead for the Request, which Must be Signed by a Company Partner or Officer. Corporations Must also Furnish a Certified Copy of a Corporate Resolution Authorizing the Transfer and a Corporate Officer Must Sign the Request. If the Account is in a Trust, the Trustee(s) Must Provide a Copy of the Provisions of the Trust Instrument Appointing the Trustee(s) Who Must Sign the Transfer Forms. If the Account Holder is Deceased, the Executor of the Estate Must Provide Letters of Testamentary and Must Sign the Transfer Forms. Upon Receipt of the Request, Transfer Fee and Required Documents, the Carolina Panthers will Forward the Necessary Transfer Documents to the Transferor who Assumes Full Responsibility for Completion by the Transferee and Return of the Transfer Documents to the Carolina Panthers. Please Allow Four to Six Weeks for the Transfer Request to be Processed. Tours of Seats to be Transferred are Prohibited.

A Buyer’s Premium in the amount of 10% will apply to all purchases.† The credit card used to register will be charged following the end of the auction.† Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer’s escrow account.
