10 MINUTE EXTENDED BIDDING
This auction has a 10 minute extended bidding feature at the end of the auction. This means that if a bid is received on any parcel in the auction that bidding will be extended by 10 minutes for all parcels. The 10 minute time period may be decreased to 5 minutes, 3 minutes or 1 minute at the discretion of the auctioneer. All bidders will be notified by email if a change to the closing time has occurred. The end of the auction will occur when the auctioneer establishes that no other bidding activity is forth coming.
TERMS
Selling AS IS / WHERE IS. SUBJECT TO COURT APPROVAL. A credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, is required to register & bid. A 20% deposit is due at the end of the auction by cashier’s check, company or personal check accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee payment or bank wire which should be received no later than Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 5 p.m. with the balance due within 30 days after the date of approval by the Trustee or the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, Wilmington Division.
