10 MINUTE EXTENDED BIDDING
This auction has a 10 minute extended bidding feature at the end of the auction. This means that if a bid is received on any parcel in the auction that bidding will be extended by 10 minutes for all parcels. The 10 minute time period may be decreased to 5 minutes, 3 minutes or 1 minute at the discretion of the auctioneer. All bidders will be notified by email if a change to the closing time has occurred. The end of the auction will occur when the auctioneer establishes that no other bidding activity is forth coming.
INSPECTIONS
Saturday, August 25th & Sunday, August 26th from 9am to 4pm.
CHECKOUT
Wednesday, August 29th; Thursday, August 30th & Friday, August 31st from 12pm to 8pm.
ATTENTION BIDDERS
We will not be responsible for loading or assisting in loading during the checkout period. Please make sure you bring enough people to help you load. WE WILL NOT LOAD ANY ITEMS - THIS IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
TERMS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL & SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. A credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, is required to register & bid. Balance is due in full at the end of the auction. The credit card used to register will be charged following the end of the auction. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all purchases. A 7.25% Sales Tax will apply to all purchases, unless exempt and proper paperwork has been faxed into our office. Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer’s escrow account. CONDITIONS: All information contained herein is deemed to be from reliable sources. However, neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller guarantees this information to be correct. We reserve the right to add or delete. Please inspect the property and bid accordingly. By bidding, you, the Bidder/Buyer, certify that you have either closely examined the item(s), have chosen to not examine the item(s), or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. The Auctioneer represents the Seller in this transaction. All announcements made at the auction shall take precedence over all other information.
