ALL SALES ARE FINAL & SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. A credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, is required to register & bid. Balance is due in full at the end of the auction. The credit card used to register will be charged following the end of the auction. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all purchases. Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer’s escrow account. CONDITIONS: All information contained herein is deemed to be from reliable sources. However, neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller guarantees this information to be correct. We reserve the right to add or delete. Please inspect the property and bid accordingly. By bidding, you, the Bidder/Buyer, certify that you have either closely examined the item(s), have chosen to not examine the item(s), or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you. The Auctioneer represents the Seller in this transaction. All announcements made at the auction shall take precedence over all other information.
