Room will be open for bidding on Wednesday, August 10th from 5:00 PM until the last bid is placed. Please join us here if you wish to bid in person, or want to follow the ending of the auction. There is a 10 minute extended bidding period which may be decreased at the discretion of the auctioneer.
Inspections: Wednesday, August 10 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Terms: The trustee has the right to accept or deny the winning bids no later than August 11, 2011 at 5pm. Selling AS/IS, WHERE/IS. A credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, is required to register & bid. A 20% deposit is due at the end of the auction by bank wire. Balance is due at closing. A 10% buyer’s premium will apply.
