Selling AS/IS, WHERE/IS. A credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, is required to register & bid. A 20% deposit is due at the end of the auction by bank wire no later than Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 5 p.m. Balance is due at closing. A 10% buyer’s premium will apply.
