Real Estate - Selling AS/IS, WHERE/IS. A 20% deposit due at the auction by cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee, with the balance due at closing. A 10% buyer’s premium will apply. A 13% Buyer Premium will apply to any purchases made via the internet. Personal Property - Selling AS/IS, WHERE/IS. Balance due in full at the auction by cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee. A 5% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases. An 8% Buyer Premium will apply to any purchases made via the internet. Conditions – All information contained herein is deemed to be from reliable sources.
