10 Minute Extended Bidding
 
This auction has a 10 minute extend a bidding feature at the end of the auction. This means that if a bid is received on any parcel in the auction that bidding will be extended by 10 minutes for all parcels. The 10 minute time period may be decreased at the discretion of the auctioneer. The end of the auction will occur when the auctioneer establishes that no other bidding activity is forth coming.

We will open a Bidder Central location at the Double Tree New Bern Riverfront for the benefit of anyone wishing to physically participate in the auction rather than bidding in the online component only. We will have representatives at the bidder central to assist in receiving your bids and to answer questions about the property.  If you are planning to attend in person you can bid thru your Ipad, Iphone, Droid or Laptop Computer.
