Will, a third generation auctioneer, has been actively involved in the family business since the mid 1990’s. Since that time, Will gained the knowledge to be considered a seasoned professional within the auction industry. With his involvement in bringing internet auctions to Iron Horse, he has been able to establish Iron Horse Auction Co. with a leading internet presence in offering small and large assets to an internationally diverse bidder pool.

Will has also been retained by many of the national, regional and local financial institutions for his valuation and liquidation experience and has been invited to speak at several of their trade association meetings.

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Iron Horse Auction Company, he oversees daily operations across the company's auction, real estate, and brokerage divisions.

Marc's career began in land surveying and law enforcement, experience that informs his sharp eye for detail, property analysis, and disciplined approach to managing complex transactions.
